I was so excited to find giving tree as it's been very difficult to find vegan food in Scottsdale. We had the quesadilla and breakfast krunch wrap. We also ordered lattes, a breakfast roll and a slice of pecan pie. The quesadilla was by far my favorite, I would go back just for this. The breakfast wrap was delicious. The lattes were disappointing and I wouldn't order them again. The pie was pretty tasty. We had the breakfast roll the next day after warming in the air fryer. It's stuffed with sausage and potatoes. It's was incredible, I'm sad we didn't each get one it was so tasty. Highly recommend for lunch, so good!

Fantastic place to eat! It was so nice to relax with a pot of tea and be able to order and eat Plant Based without worrying! The atmosphere was idyllic, the food was delicious. While it's far from home, it's worth the drive. Wish there were more places like this everywhere!

My soup was very hearty & tasty. The salad dressing was yummy. I would like the kale chopped, the pieces were too large. Surprised by atmo but got used to the indoor outdoor vibe. Slow service and forgot my drink order. I might return.

On our search to find plant-based options on my work trip to the area, we found this on Yelp. Luckily our hotel allowed us to get bikes so we biked about 15 mins to the location and got there a few minutes before they opened. It's located right off the main road. Pros: Great concept Nice, laid back vibes Friendly service Outdoor patio Ample car parking Lots of food options (we only got coffee, immunity shots and drinks to go so I cannot attest to the quality or quantity of food) Cons: -very pricey (and we live in LA so that says a lot) - service was a bit slow and there weren't many customers there; there seemed to be a lot of people working but standing over to the side chatting and organizing things rather than checking on customers. Honestly I couldn't tell who was an employee and who were just friends stopping by to chat with them

This place is really something special. The food is so thoughtful and absolutely delicious. 100% plant based, seed oil free, gluten free, farm to table- need I say more? I couldn't be more excited to eat at this restaurant. I will be back to try more. Side note: the rose cardamom cheesecake is probably the best vegan cheesecake I've ever had.

One of the culinary highlights on my recent trip to Phoenix from San Francisco was meeting up with my friend at Giving Tree Cafe. Giving Tree Cafe is 100 vegan and serves up tasty nourishing healthy plant strong cuisine. I am a longtime vegan. I enjoyed the food here and company with my friend very much. Awesome ambiance here that includes some giant Shiva lingams on entrance and crystals. Friendly staff. We shared the Sonoran Nachos that were very good. For my main I had the Buddha Bowl with half wild rice and half quinoa. It had the spot. Recommended! My friend went with the Jalapeño Cheddar Mac & Cheese which he enjoyed. We shared the Rose Cardamom Cheese for dessert which was a raw vegan dessert that was amazing. All in all recommended!

What a great find. Been passing this place for years and decided to finally check it out. Everything on the menu is plant based and gluten free on top of no dairy, soy, seed oil, or refined sugar. I had a half Caesar to start- haven't had one in years due to my dietary restrictions. It was great. Next I had the FOMO platter and it was solid. For my main course I had the Crunchwrap- the breakfast one. It was pretty good! Also had cherry "wine"- it's non alcoholic. For desert I had the blueberry cheesecake which was my favorite thing I had. Overall, I will be coming back and would recommend it to anyone who has dietary restrictions, is health conscious or just likes healthy food. Servers are very helpful and the vibe in the place is laid back.

This is such a cute cafe! Lots of healthy options especially for those who are vegan and vegetarian. I got the strawberry smoothie! It's a little on the pricey side but eveything is made with quality ingredients. It's a very relaxing environment- things are not rushed here. A cute place to drop by :)

Ordered take out and dine in a few times here. The food is all made in-house aside from the corn tortillas inside their crunch wraps. Tastes fresh, has clean vegan ingredients, and the environment is very chill. The servers at the front are welcoming and the owner David is knowledgeable and practices his craft very well. Only problem I've had is ordering take out: They have a tendency to forget ingredients so always double check. Buddha bowl, buckwheat pancakes, jackfruit bbq, and their crunch wraps will not disappoint you. I try to visit every time I'm in Phoenix. Oh! And love their sustainable bathroom using reusable cloth rather than paper towels. 091423
